- All tours commence from Beach Park at Port City, Colombo
- Book at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations must be 3 hours prior
- Life jackets provided
- Maximum 6–8 persons per tour (depending on itinerary)
- Routes may change due to weather
- Most tours recommended in morning hours (except Sunset Cruise)
